High Consistency Hydrapulper Production for Paper Making Mills

            The RTSG series high-concentration pulping machine is a key equipment in the deinking process of waste paper. At a concentration of 10-17%, through the combined action of physical and chemical forces, white waste paper such as news newspapers, books and magazines, picture newspapers, and coated composite paper is decomposed into fibers, and ink particles and light impurities such as plastics and films are effectively separated from the fibers.

            It is mainly used in the waste paper recycling pulping system to process pulp with a concentration of 12% to 18%. Its core advantage lies in high-concentration processing, which achieves fragmentation through the friction between fibers, saving energy consumption and reducing the use of chemicals. The equipment adopts a helical rotor design to optimize the efficiency of stirring and slurry crushing, while avoiding the breakage of impurities and facilitating subsequent purification. In terms of technical parameters, the processing capacity of different models of equipment ranges from 20 to 180 tons per day, and the motor power range is from 110 to 560kW, demonstrating their high efficiency.              In addition, compared with low-concentration equipment, high-concentration pulverizers reduce energy consumption by approximately 50%, save 20% of chemicals, occupy less space, and are more convenient to operate and maintain.
