High Efficiency Calender Machine for Paper Mill

         This series of calendering machines are designed specifically for enhancing the surface performance and printing adaptability of paper. Through high-precision roller pressing regulation, intelligent temperature-press coupling field control, and gradient surface treatment technology, the equipment can achieve coordinated optimization of paper glossiness, smoothness, tightness and inter-layer bonding force. The equipment adopts a dual steel roller / steel-pulp roller composite structure (roller diameters range from 600 to 2200 mm, with the maximum line pressure reaching 300 kN/m), supports flexible configuration of 2 to 15 roller groups, and is suitable for a speed range of 100 to 2500 m/min. It can meet diverse process requirements for cultural paper, packaging paper, specialty paper and new energy-based materials.
